Michael Barrett, MSCSI, MRICS, BSc.QS, Dip.Const.Econ
A founding member of MB Partnership in 2000, Michael graduated from Limerick Institute of Technology in 1992 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994. He had previously been an Associate in a medium sized Professional practice in Cork City and had experience of dealing with a significant client base. As Managing Partner of the practice, he is fully involved in all aspects of the service delivery to Clients. Michael has an active role in the Society of Chartered Surveyors and is the current Chairman of the Southern Region.
Eoin O’Neill, MSCS, MRICS, B.Sc. (Surv.) Dip. Const. Econ.
Eoin joined the Practice as a Partner in April 2006. He graduated from Limerick Institute of Technology in 1991 with a Degree in Quantity Surveying and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993. Eoin had previously been a partner in the largest Quantity Surveying Practice in Ireland. He has had full cost management responsibility for a wide range of major projects in both the private and public sector throughout Cork. Eoin currently acts as an Assessor for the Society of Chartered Surveyors in the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). He is the Southern Region representative on the National APC Committee. Eoin is also an external examiner for the Quantity Surveying Degree Course in the Cork Institute of Technology and Institute of Technology, Tralee.
John Warren, MSCSI, MRICS, B.Sc. (Surv.) Dip. Const. Econ.
John has been a partner in Michael Barrett Partnership since its establishment in 2000. John graduated with a BSc Hons Degree in Surveying from the University of Glamorgan. John previously worked in a medium size firm as a Senior Surveyor. John is an associate of The Society of Chartered Surveyors; he specializes in Health & Safety, Contractor Services and Energy Rating implementations. Johns experience and ongoing involvement in Contractor orientated surveying gives us up to the minute cost information as well as keeping us in tune with technical developments across the industry. This knowledge and experience is of paramount importance across the wider surveying profession.
Eustace O’Keffee, MRICS MSCSI MIPFMA
Eustace is practicing as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor since 1970, he has over thirty years experience in senior positions in the Construction Industry. He has managed the Cork office of Nolan Ryan since 1999. Eustace brings a vast experience in Cost Control to Medical, Light Industrial, Educational, Leisure, Commercial and Retail Projects.
