The demolition of the existing school and the construction of a 16 classroom GRD school together with a 4 classroom Autistic Spectrum  (ASD) Bolt-on Facility with a confirmed floor area of 3,119 sq. m in two phases on a live site. This project involves extensive external works and substantial abnormal costs due to site levels, retaining walls, deep foundations, on-site decanting to temporarily accommodation and the construction of a temporary playground and car park.
