The work entails demolition of existing fit-out and provision of client specific high end fit-out to include raised access floors, partition systems, suspended ceilings, internal joinery, fixtures and fittings and an extensive Mechanical and Electrical fit-out. Some additional building specific works were required such as the roof finish replacement, window and curtain wall replacement and provision of a fall arrest system. This project has gone through tender stage with contractor appointment imminent.
